This is a preorder for our upcoming harvest. Your order will be reserved now and shipped once our new harvest arrives in early 2027.

Our extra virgin olive oil is made from 100% estate-grown olives in Tuscany, from our olive orchard that sits on a small hill just outside Malmantile, Italy. Our olives are hand-harvested by local people from our town and crushed using traditional stones. We craft our olive oil the traditional Tuscan way—cold-pressed and non-filtered. Each bottle is 0.5L and made from olives from our 2026/2027 harvest. Limited quantities.
