2025/2026 Harvest Is Here! 

Our extra virgin olive oil is made from 100% estate-grown olives in Tuscany, from our olive orchard that sits on a small hill just outside Malmantile, Italy. Our olives are hand-harvested by local people from our town and crushed using traditional stones. We craft our olive oil the traditional Tuscan way—cold-pressed and non-filtered. Each bottle is 0.5L and made from olives from our 2025/2026 harvest. Limited quantities.
